CICS/TS Application Support Seminar by AMDEX

Description

This course covers the support issues of CICS/TS V3 applications and basic debugging skills. Course that covers older versions is still available on request.
Hands on labs are used in learning how to use CICS online facilities (CEMT, CEDF, CECI,…)and how to interpret CICS transaction dumps and traces. An optional introduction to CICS System Dump handling and analysis is also provided.
The course can be delivered using paper labs only or a combination of paper and online labs where the online facilities (CICS/TS V3 and TSO IPCS) are available.
